PTSA Meeting Recap

Thank you to all of the PTSA members and guests who came out to join us for the school water quality update with PGCPS representative Samuel Stefanelli and the PTSA business meeting. The meeting minutes will be available on Rallyhood soon. If you have any questions about the update or PTSA business, please contact officers@hoyermontessoriptsa.org.

Membership Goal: ACHIEVED

We have reached over 160 PTSA members -- that’s double our membership from last year! Thank you so much for your continued support, Hoyer Families. We cannot do all of these amazing things without your help. For families who have not joined the PTSA, it’s not too late! You can join the fun at http://www.hoyermontessoriptsa.org/join.

Skate Zone Skate Night Recap

A BIG THANK YOU to the families who came out for Skate Night. Not only did our students have a great time, we also raised $70! Keep an eye out for more Hoyer Night Out events coming soon!

PTA School of Excellence Survey

In our efforts to renew our designation as a National PTA School of Excellence, we are gathering Hoyer community feedback on areas on which we can focus and improve this year. If you have not completed a survey, please take a few minutes to help us out: http://bit.ly/2iM7lq6

Congratulations to the October Box Top Class of the Month!

A huge thanks to Ms. Lebensbaum’s class for submitting the most Box Tops during the month of October! They led the pack at 75, followed by Ms. America and Ms. Robinson’s classes at 48. The Hoyer Box Top trophy will be making its way (and debut) to Ms. Lebensbaum’s class very soon.

Overall, the school has submitted over $28 worth of Box Tops for October. This brought our total for the year at $38, still a long way to our goal of $250.

Want to win the trophy for your student’s class for the month of December? Submit your Box Tops to the PTSA mailbox with your student’s name/classroom by November 30.
